We hope to have our homepage transfer up and running with our new host, soon, or at 
least by the new year, but no matter what happens, all your currently reserved 
earthclub pages, websites, subwebs and subdomains, will continue to work as always.

While we get settled in, feel free to Join, or Start a Chartered Earthclub Online Group, 
so that you can have it listed when our homepage is up. 

To get your group chartered:

1) Using yahoo groups, simply start a group, add all your desired information and list it.
2) Join Earthclubs, then post your group address within the header.
3) Once one of the certified moderators joins your group, make them an owner or 
     moderator with full rights to your group(this is in case a complaint is made 
     against your group to the HCNetwork, and you are not available to remedy the 
     situation). All groups associated with Earthclub or our Host (the HCNetwork), 
     are required to be clean, youth friendly, and as spam free as possible. 
     Therefore, we must be able to contribute to that success.  We follow all the 
     HCNetworks protocols, and require charters to do the same.
4) Once a Moderator looks over your group, they will tell you if any changes are 
     needed, once all is acceptible, the moderator will upload a Charter Banner to 
     your groups picture area, and add a phrase to your group description, which will 
     certify you as a Chartered Member.
5) As long as your group is problem free, you will keep your Charter and be 
     offered charter products and services.

That's pretty much it! So get your Group started and let us know you'd like to be Chartered !
